# Webhooks


List the webhook endpoints registered in the console.
[Conventions](/cli/reference#conventions) apply here, except that `webhooks list` takes no
flags.

## List

Read the webhook endpoints registered in the console, newest first. Every
endpoint comes back in one response, so there is nothing to search or page.

`is_active` is `false` once an endpoint is paused or disabled, so check it
before counting on a receiver.

Webhooks are the efficient way to learn that a long build finished. Where no
receiver exists, poll instead. `--wait` on `audiences create`,
`activations create`, `audiences show`, and `activations show` follows an
audience, a Lookalike Model, or an activation to its end. Cohorts have no
`--wait`: re-run `cohorts show <id>` and read its
[status](/concepts/status-codes#3-cohort-status-scale-1-5): `5` Not Available
means the import failed. See

A receiver hears about every failure. A build that stops at `107` Additional
Info or a `4xx` error state sends `audience.failed` or `activation.failed`,
and a cancelled Lookalike Model ends at `400` and sends `audience.failed`. A
failed cohort import ends at `5` Not Available and sends `cohort.failed`.
`--wait` stops on a `107` too: it prints the record and exits `1`, and
Audience Manager shows the reason. Keep polling only as the fallback for a
delivery that exhausts its retries.
